  • Proof of defect is required in the form of clear images or a video.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Change of mind or personal preference will not be accepted as valid reasons for a return.

  • For orders paid via online payment methods, any transaction fees or bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
